Return/Refund Policy

All products purchased at Comfort The Guest may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Defective items must be returned within 5 business days of the purchase.

The following conditions apply to all returns, exchanges, and refunds:

• All products must be returned in their original packaging.
• The original receipt must accompany all refund/return items.
• To return or exchange a product, please visit our store.
  

 How long does the bottle keep water hot?

It depends upon the temperature of the water when it was originally poured into the bottle.  You control the temperature.  It will stay warm throughout the working day if directions are followed carefully.

 What happens if the sprayer breaks?

If the sprayer becomes broken or inoperable, call 888-494-0044 and we will replace it.
